 I’m a 28-year-old writer,  growth lover, student of holistic principles, and life-long bookworm.

My interest in holistic wellness & psychospiritual growth intensified after moving to Philadelphia alone in 2018 for an MFA in creative writing.

Who knew that moving to an unfamiliar city alone would lead to existential anxiety, isolation, and a deep sense of uprootedness? Not me. 😉

At the time, I craved the feeling of starting a new life, but in retrospect, I was running away from myself, trying to be someone new by going somewhere else.

Holistic health & psychospiritual development anchored me. While feeling uprooted & lost, I focused on changing my diet, learning about topics like psychoneuroimmunology, holistic principles, somatic experiencing, hypnosis, and self-concept work.

For the first time, I felt grounded and purposeful. My inner guidance system became louder. I tapped into a deep well of inner safety & faith in my body’s natural movement toward balance.

And as a bonus… I no longer felt trapped in a materialist reality where suffering was meaningless and anxiety was a product of random, impersonal neuro-chemical signaling!

I felt like the answers to my rootlessness and isolation were in my hands. When something was wrong, I had a foundation to lean on.

Because of how much I transformed after exploring health & psychospiritual development, it’s rewarding to work with thought leaders who want to give their audiences the perspectives, practices, and mindsets they need to optimize their wellness and live on their own terms.
